What To Expect
Booking your private transfer from Naples to the Amalfi Coast is quick and easy. Once you have made your booking online, you will receive an immediate confirmation by email with all the details of the service, including the meeting point, the name of the driver and useful contacts for any last minute communications. On the day of the service, the driver will arrive on time at the agreed place: At Naples Capodichino Airport: you will be waiting at the exit of the arrivals area with a sign with your name. At Napoli Centrale Station: it will be present at the end of the arrival platform, near the exit, with the name sign. At the Port of Naples (cruises or hydrofoils): it will welcome you at the exit of the passenger terminal, with a sign with your name, visible and easily identifiable. The driver will assist you with your luggage and accompany you to the vehicle, parked a short distance away. You will travel in a comfortable car or van (Mercedes or equivalent), air-conditioned, clean and equipped with all comforts. During the journey, the driver – professional, friendly and speaking Italian and English – will be available for information, quick stops if necessary, and to make the journey as pleasant as possible. Arrival at destination: once you reach the Amalfi Coast (Positano, Amalfi, Ravello, Praiano or other specified place), you will be escorted directly to the entrance of your hotel or accommodation. The driver will help you unload your luggage and make sure you have arrived at the correct place. 5.00Alessandro kept in touch with us from the moment we hired the service. Do the train strike we had to change our travel and he helped us to change our pick up time and location to make it easier to pick up our family of 6! The van was super clean and new and perfectly cool with great AC! Alessandro showed us the spots along the way and provided great recommendations! Highly suggest using this service for your trips!
