5.00The staff were all kind and pleasant. The concierge, Mr. Chen Bingbing, always responds quickly and speaks Japanese, so I think we can talk easily. We are very grateful for the schedule we have created and the price we have paid. The service provided by the guides and drivers was excellent, and they were very flexible in dealing with unexpected situations such as when my mother was physically challenged. Overall, I enjoyed the tour to the fullest and highly recommend it.
