This highlight of this tour were the views from the highest points of the over 4000 foot elevation. There were several different stops to see these views. One was so outstanding that it took me a moment to realize what I was seeing! From views of just beautiful mountains and various colored rock formations we suddenly peered down into the sea! The tiny looking whitecaps on the deep blue sea looked like stars in the sky! It took a moment to realize I was looking at the ocean! I half expected to see Peter Pan fly by as it was so magical! We enjoyed other stops along the way including a coffee plantation and we stopped for lunch ( on our own) where there was a variety of choices. Our tour guide Roger filled us in on some of the history of Kauai as we drove past things. Also saw blowing holes, turtles and seals on a beach and one seal swimming. All in all, a wonderful trip!

Waimea canyon trip was great and it was nice to see Hanapēpē town. Other than this the tour was just average and not worth the money in my opinion. Our driver didn’t have the best hearing so it was difficult to communicate with him. He didn’t wear his seatbelt and frequently took both hands off the wheel whilst driving. I wouldn’t book again

We thoroughly enjoyed this trip. Absolutely beautiful scenery. We would have liked a bit longer at each stop, but with the time frame we had it was adequate. The stop for lunch needs more information from the guide.... he seemed to be pushing just one place. We found it better to walk back to the food trucks and there was a great variety of foods on offer and at reasonable prices.

We were able to see many of the highlights of Kauai in one day. Rodger is a very good guide and knows a lot about the island. He also knows how to avoid the worst of the traffic, making the most of our limited time on the island.

Our driver was so full of information! He was knowledgeable, friendly and remembered the things that were important to the group. He adjusted th timeline for the day to meet individuals needs for their flights and what was more important to the group. Views were wonderful!!! It was frustrating with our tour on Sunday only one restaurant truly was available. I also think motion sickness should be added to precautions.

We did this tour on our first full day in Kauai. We are staying on the north side of the island, so it was a great way to see the south side of the island. Ronnie was our guide and he was great. We learned a lot as he grew up in the area and knew a lot of history and interesting facts. He welcomed all of our questions and made us feel right at home. Now we will know where we want to spend more time during our trip after a great overview of so many great points of interest.

Kauai is a beautiful island. Robert was a great guide. The tour lasted 7 hours but had numerous stops with magnificent views. We saw whales and many turtles. Definitely worth it.

Lots of winding roads. Can be cold with strong winds up the mountain. We liked Roger, our tour guide.
