  Well honest and truly I don’t know where to begin. First off we were picked up by this AMAZING tour guide (Milano was his name) and from that point it was smooth sailing. My daughter and I had one of the BEST mother/daugther outings ever. You see the last time I was in Hawaii was 55 years ago when my Dad was stationed at Hickam Air-force Base in which I attended 5th and 6th grade while living there. This was a bittersweet experience for me. Milano took us all over the islands explaining the culture and how Hawaii became the 50th state in the US. I didn’t get that kind of schooling when I attended school there! Hahaha This will not only a memorable trip for the beauty of Hawaii as a whole but the tour guide (Milano) and his undeniable knowledge of it all. You can’t go wrong with scheduling a private tour of the island with Milano as the tour guide.   Milad was a great tour guide! He is extremely knowledgeable and super fun. His energy runs high and rubs off on people. If every tour/excursion I went on was with someone comparable to Milad I’d also do it. He’s a good one!

  Our driver was funny and super knowledgeable of the island . We didn’t Trent a car so we hanged out in Waikiki and just took this tour . Our driver was local so he knew a lot about the Island and took us to many spots that to be honest we could never found by ourself . Tour was great and we made as many stopped and took so many pictures. Our tour was originally for 4 hours because we didn’t know how it will go but we had so much fun and ended going for full day . They took us next day to the airport and that was a plus . In overall, we 100% recommend this tour and the guide. Such warm and island vibe friendly people.

  My husband and I paid for 2 "Oahu Luxury Private Island Tour VIP". I paid for the first hour for both of us $35/ea = $70 for both. We arrived in Hawaii on Sunday 4/14. We were at the "pickup spot" at the "pickup time" on Monday 4/15 and the tour had been cancelled. They claimed they had sent me a "confirmation" text msg and since they didn't hear back, they cancelled the tour. I had the confirmation from Viator, but apparently that was not enough. Now I am out the $70 deposit. Don't book thru Viator! And don't book with this place either "Oahu Luxury Private Island Tour VIP". Instead book with Shawn at "CustomIslandTours.com" Shawn is AMAZING!

  Our personalized island tour was amazing, I’m so glad I booked this! Me and my best friend are visiting from Texas and we booked this tour! Our tour guide was very professional, super nice and kind, and made us feel safe. This was important for us since we are girls in our 20s! He personalized our trip with what we were interested in doing and he also had a TON of recommendations on what to do! He took us up to the North Shore and we went snorkeling with turtles at the turtle beach, then we went to sharks cove and snorkeled the reef and saw soo many fish! We also stopped for açaí bowls and saw the cuestest banana bread stand! On the way back we drove alittle past town and saw some amazing beaches close to the south shore of the island and then made it back to a beach in town just in time to see the sunset! When I come back to Hawaii I am forsure booking with him again! It’s 5 stars from me and my best friend⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ BOOK THIS TOUR! The car is also so nice!

  Paul and I enjoyed our Circle Tour. Our guide was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about Hawaii and relayed that information to us in a very enjoyable manner. He knew so many locals at our stops which made it more personable. His added bit of humor made it even more interesting. His concern for his passengers was remarkable. We are in our 50s and the ride was luxurious and super comfortable. We didn’t feel the drive at all. He took care of us and made sure to see that we were safe and comfortable. I loved the special attention he gave us. No doubt, the best tour guide we ever had in our travels. The whole day was so fun and educational. Seeing sea turtles out in the wild was amazing and all of the food experiences were so delicious! This tour changed our perspective of life on the island and Hawaii in general. If you want an amazing circle tour of Oahu book with them.

  We had a blast and this was better than we expected . We ate like a local, felt like a local, and even learned a few Hawaiian words. -Vehicle: we got picked up in a Mercedes Benz ( super clean and smelled good) it was super comfortable, especially since we went for seven hours tour .We initially wanted to rent a car and do it ourself but we glad we didn’t. We definitely wouldn’t get a Mercedes as rental and definitely would of gotten lost or made wrong turns somewhere or missed a few spot .Not to mention the speed limit changes and focusing on road and not the attractions . Tbh , since we didn’t drove we actually had a lot of energy to enjoy the rest of our day . We heard from other families in our hotel that they did the tour with a bus or minivan , that they were given only 10 minutes at each stop and they had to keep waiting for everyone to get in and out for each stop .luckily we personalized our tour and took pictures and even got to enjoy some snorkeling and beach.Our driver was very patient and nice also . -Food : we got to try famous Leonard malasadas and for lunch driver took us to the spot to get Hawaiian Huli Huli chicken and that was fantastic bc we definitely would of not experienced Hawaiian food in Waikiki or by ourselves.We also got some macadamia nuts from the farm . We stopped by famous shrimp truck in north shore but I recommend to keep your time for the tour and get your dinner afterwards . Tour guide : He was super friendly and knowledgeable of the history. We listened to audio guides and learned a lot about the island and the culture. He took us to spots that locals would know or they would go and that was refreshing and fun . We definitely have more knowledge about the island and Hawaiian culture and have at most respect for the island . Attractions : Highly recommended to pick your must seen place ahead of the time so you would know how to manage your time . Our tour was personalized and private so we saw all we wanted. Our driver stopped by and got some carrots to feed the horses in Kualoa ranch and and thought that was super fun . Japanese temple was something unique to see and we saw a black swan . Saw a lot of giant turtles in north shore and We stopped by shark cove and did 30 minutes snorkeling . Blowhole and sunny beach was definitely something we never saw before . We just passed by diamond head and koko head and some other places . We wanted to keep our time for turtle and north shore but the garden was what Hawaii looked like with over view of the mountains so that also a great choice .We passed by dole plantation but firm stopped bc we didn’t felt like it worth our time . In overall , if you are thinking about renting a car or doing the group tour , I must say that’s a big mistake . You only do this tour once and see everything so why not do it private and at your way . Also , hanging out with our family was much better idea that strangers and we got to do what wanted . Listened to our favorite music , got great food and learned and a lot , felt the Aloha and enjoyed a great day around the island . Our driver was friendly and professional, he gave us space when needed and was there to show us around . He didn’t even charges us for 30 minutes traffic we got into on the way back and that was nice of him . We definitely went to local places to eat and hangout and felt like a part of the island . We saw the island in one day and focused the rest of our vacation on just relaxing and enjoying the beach . Highly recommended to do this at the beginning of your travel. He also came back few days later to take us to the airport and that was nice of him.
