Patty was a great tour guide and told us hidden facts about Washington D.C. She gave us ample amount of time at each monument to really soak up the night tour.

Great time, only critique is that the guide should keep her political opinions to herself. Go Trump! MAGA!

Smiley was an amazing tour guide! We got to see all the monuments and he told us things that we wouldn't know. You can really tell he loves his job! The monuments that we got to stop and take pictures or walk through were great. The one thing I wish this tour had was a stop at the White House.

Tour was excellent. Well paced with time to visit some of the sights. Our guide, Mike, was very knowledgeable and provided great historical information and interesting facts.

It's very nice to see all of The monuments and historical buildings. It would be nicer if they actually pulled up beside sites such as Arlington cemetery and the White House so that we can see it and take pictures, even if we don't get off the bus.

Everything was great, we saw way more than we anticipated. We had enough time at each stop. EJ was fun, knowledgeable and showed his personality. The staff was great at the welcome center, you can tell they have great chemistry.

This tour started out ROUGH, but ended up being a good time. Apparently the miscommunication at the company led to no trolley being sent to the meeting spot. (Actually 2 were sent and 3 were needed) Driver of bus #1 went ahead and started their tour, while driver #2 Patty did everything in her power to make the best of the situation. She did not want to leave with her tour and leave 40+ people just standing there. She kept us all informed, got us water, made arrangements for us to enter a nearby restaurant to have a place to sit in the A/C and was polite to everyone, even though some of the guests were not being polite to her. She deserves an A+! After waiting an hour, our driver and trolley finally showed, and we began our tour. Our driver, "The banker" was informative and knew the area VERY well so we got a great tour, even though it started and ended much later than expected. She deserves an A+ for hopping in at the last minute and performing excellently. So in short, your drivers saved the day. There could have easily been communication from the company ahead of time to let us know of the situation, and obviously, they should have had the correct number of trolleys for the number of tickets they sold. Thank goodness you have excellent employees to make it nice for the guests even when Old Town screws up!
