Whether you’re discovering your first feelings DE gliding or want to progress, take part in a 1h30 group course on the iconic spot DE la Côte des Basques in Biarritz.
EN supervised by our state-educated and passionate instructors, you benefit from structured instruction, adapted to the tides and conditions of the day to evolve safely.
Groups are organized according to age and level, in order DE promote progressive progression and attentive support for each.
Material is provided: just come with your motivation and we will take care of the rest.

What To Expect
Welcome to the school 15 minutes before the start of the course to equip yourself: suit, lycras, board, etc. We have changing rooms available to change. For 30 minutes, warm up and deposit on the sand, to acquire and repeat the movements. For an hour, practice in the water supervised by our instructors!

5.00Super Welcoming at the tent on the Basque coast to book the course the day before and for our arrival departure, the course passed super fast our teacher Damien advised us well, the Mood was super friendly, we will come back for sure!
