Through this course we will introduce you to the world of homemade pasta. With us you will learn the ancient art of dough and the main traditional preparations, from spaghetti to short pasta. You will learn how to make timeless typical recipes.
We will teach you how to roll out the dough through the use of the hand sheeter for an exceptional pastry. We’ll also reveal the secrets to a perfect pasta dish with sauce.
We will close the course with an Italian classic made together, Tiramisù. Together we will make the creams and assemble the dessert from scratch.
What you will make with your own hands during the course, you can taste with the typical wines of the area around us, such as Bardolino Classico and Chiaretto.
Enter our house, breathe in the atmosphere of Italian cuisine and take it with you, once you return home, to impress your guests!

Give space to your curiosity! Following this course we will teach you how to work the two classic dishes of Italian cuisine, PASTA and TIRAMISÙ. In this course you will become part of a cooking class where you will learn the basics for a perfect pastry to make different types of pasta, short and long, macaroni, penne, spaghetti, tagliatelle and fettuccine. We will then reveal how to make the classic Italian dessert from scratch, Tiramisù. We will try to pass on our experience and our tradition, what for us started as a passion and has been transformed into a profession for years. We will reveal the techniques to create traditional dishes to be able to amaze your guests at home in no time with simple recipes and vegetarian sauces to meet all needs and palates. During the session we will accompany you with a tasting of local wines. We are waiting for you to share with you an experience with an all Italian flavor. The course will be held in two languages: Italian and English. Please advise in case of : - food allergies - presence of pets - presence of extra people - delay over 20 minutes

Regular visitors to Lake Garda we thought we had done it all, but this unique and fun filled class in Pasta and Tiramisu taught us lessons in more ways than one. The experience from start to end was a delight, our hosts offering us a fun filled experience. Starting with the finish we made the simple but original Tiramisu... a portion large enough to share though thankfully I didn't have to. We were then gently guided in the fine art of making egg pasta dough, which had the potential for 100s of dishes including the delicious Spaghetti we enjoyed on the day. The class was suitable for all ages and skills (as my long suffering Husband discovered ) with the laughter and learning interspersed with a few cheeky glasses of wine. Our class was a mix of couples, family groups and ladies who liked a bit of fun, the perfect mixture! I would strongly recommend this experience for anyone who loves fun, food and learning new things, our hosts never tired of my questions, delighing in our thirst for knowledge.

We were in Lake Garda last week for a holiday and my partner found this class beforehand as a birthday present for me. It was only an hour drive from where we were staying and it was DEFINITELY worth it! The class was expertly delivered with Ivan and Mirco and we had an amazing time learning, participating and then most importantly…eating!!! Ivan was an excellent teacher and as much as I’d like to take credit for the pasta and tiramisu that we created, it was all down the the hard work and teaching abilities of both Ivan and Mirco. The whole class was fun, engaging and delicious and we’d definitely do it again if we were back in the area!

Myself and my 6 year old daughter came to do this cookery class and we had the most lovely morning ever! The place was so gorgeous, and every little detail was thought of. It really was an exceptionally led and planned experience. I was a bit nervous that my daughter would find it difficult to follow or she wouldnt ve interested but i couldnt be more wrong! My little girl absolutely loved making both the tiramisu and the pasta - trying the different pasta shapes, as did i! We had our pasta and tiramisu with some local wine after - it really was the highlight of our trip. Thank you so much for your kindness and patience!

Faultless experience. We prepared tiramisu and spaghetti. We learned to use various tools for making spaghetti which was so much fun. The spaghetti was then cooked for us and served with a tomato sauce. The teaching was clear and engaging throughout. We also got to try some local wines which were very generously poured and delicious.
