5.00Informative, relaxing tour of the canals and major waterwqys. It was helpful to get oriented with landmarks, museums, and local "experiences." The snacks were an added bonus as the cheese was plentiful, the nuts were varietal and wine was a chilled, full bottle of chardonnay (there were three choices of wine).
Mass instead of class

3.00The booking, as it should be, was very simple. The staff, both in the ticket shop and the captain, were very accommodating. The tour: :( is under the motto: Mass instead of class. Having tables for 6 people is definitely 2 people too many. The headphone cables for all 6 people come together at one point on the table. Thus, full attention is required to ensure that nothing is spilled or falls due to those cables. The explanation of the sights would be more helpful if the right or left side were mentioned. All in all, we cannot recommend this tour further.

4.00the upgraded wine and cheese is not worth it. While we didn't care a ton for the voice over, if you did it was difficult to hear from the QR code / bluetooth. And it was a pre-recorded message, not live. So not interactive and not exciting.

3.00They should reserve the seats by ticket number. We didn't get to sit together as a family. 2 of the family members have motion sickness so they have to face the front of the boat. It would have been easier if we could sit together.

2.00Audio tour just is pre-recorded audio which doesn't align with boat's location. Tour doesn't paint any picture of Amsterdam history or culture. Boat ride was nice though.

5.00The tour was lovely with a nice bottle of wine, tasty cheese and friends. We were given headsets, so got the history of the area. I would highly recommend. We went after dinner so it was still light at 8pm.
