1.00If i could gice a zero I would. This operator NEVER showed uo to pick us up at our hotel. We tries to call them ans they hung up on us. They said they sent a texr via Whatsapp to confirm ans sknce we did not and since we did not respond they cancelled out reseevation that morning and kepy out payment. We do not have whatsapp. We had made a previous reservation for a different date, but needed to cancel due to our flights. Come to find out this operatir sene a message to an old whatapp account. They did not identify themselves it just was a foreign number out of the blue. Quite some time beforr we were scheduled to arrive in the DR. I told them i did nit know them and do not connect me. I deleted app. I did realize that the account still stays open. That has been corrected. I have dealt with other operators that communicate via the viator app./email woyh no issues. DO NOT USE!!!!! SCAM ARTIST and THIEF

5.00We did this excursion as a family of four (2 adults + 2 kids) and had a fantastic time from start to finish. Everything was exactly as described, which we really appreciated—it made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Christopher was excellent—very friendly, punctual, and genuinely helpful throughout the day. He made sure we were comfortable, shared lots of useful information, and never once made us feel rushed or pressured. One of the highlights for us was getting to see the “real” Dominican Republic, beyond the resort areas. It gave us a much deeper appreciation of the country and its culture. Overall, this was a memorable experience for all of us, and we’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for something authentic and enjoyable for the whole family.

5.00Excellent experience. The tour was very well organized and the guide was friendly and knowledgeable. The church, market and shops were very interesting. Everything was punctual and I felt safe at all times.. highly recommended
