The main French structure in the city will be seen on this tour, and the guide will teach history and Cambodian language as well. We will explore the countryside by traveling past fruit plantations, and rice fields, and explain how they grow, stopping along the way to talk with children and farmers about how to raise vegetables. Ridding on original bambootrain and visitors can watch and taste rat barbecue on the way to Phnom Sampou. Experience with climbing up hill to see killing cave, viewpoints, some temples on the summit. Aside from that, You will be enjoyed millions of bat flying out from cave in the evening.

What To Expect
Battambang Province
Afternoon Tuk Tuk tour departures at 12:00pm. Start with pick up at 11:50am from your accommodations or restaurants. After that, get to know your guide and share with you about history, culture, religion, agriculture, folk tales and some main tips of Cambodia and Battambang. Then, continuing to see some main beautiful historical buildings, central market, provincial hall and the symbol statute of Battambang (Ta Dambong Kra nhoung).
See beautiful villages, fruit plantations, rice fields, suspension bridge, local people living and stop to talk with farmers. Then, buy your ticket and board on the bamboo train. Get a free butt massage from the movement. Admire scenery along the way. After that, having late lunch at a local restaurant in the village.

5.00I had an amazing day! In the morning I was alone and in the afternoon two other solo travelers joined us. Our guide David was amazing, he knows a lot and he is very good at telling stories. Above all, he is a very friendly and kind man ! Also, he made sure we had plenty of cold water during the whole day. Everything was very interesting, fun and well organized. I definitely recommend this day trip! :)

5.00Mr Sam was absolutely fabulous. We booked on the day in May and he was available. He went exceeded all our expectations and went above and beyond to make the tour so incredible. Not only did he tell us about each place we stopped at, he also told us personal anecdotes from his childhood too. He was so friendly and engaging and could not recommend this tour enough. Possibly our favourite of the whole trip :)

5.00Such a brilliant day and tour. Our tour guide mr David was fantastic - so kind and knowledgeable. One of the best days I have had in my 4 weeks in Cambodia. Mr David shared some fascinating personal family stories and told us so much about the history of battambamg. The tour was very prompt picking me up from and takimg me back to my bus stations. Mr David offered us cold water throughout and gave us exotics fruits to try. We fit so much in to the day - government building, bridges, markets, temples, killing caves and bat caves as well as a delicious local meal. 100% recommend the nest battembang tour and guide ever!!

5.00Samol was the best guide! He took us everywhere with a great smile and energy - the group was a great vibe and we learnt so much about the history of Cambodia, its people and its culture! Samol kept us hydrated, happy and informed throughout the tour, and he took us to the best section of the bamboo train (no overpriced section, no tourist trap section) and it was just so much fun! The Bat Cave was pure magic too - hard to describe with words what you feel there! All of the stops in between were incredibly fascinating, some in more upbeat ways (like the viewpoints) and some in more somber, but not less important ways (like the Killing Caves). 100% recommended!
Almost essential for getting to know the city and the country in a fun way.

5.00The experience has been incredible. With Samol, we have learned much more than we expected about the customs, history, and people of Cambodia. If what you want is to truly know the country you are visiting while seeing historical monuments, spectacular sites, and fun activities, this is the best place for you. It is truly worth it, and the price is more than fair for the hours that Samol spends with you. The nice thing about the tour is that you can meet other people who are also traveling in Cambodia and share experiences in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. A bonus for Samol's dad jokes😂. 100% recommendable!!

5.00We spent the whole day with Samol, great day out to see lots of the highlights of Battambang. Samol explained everything really well and was cracking jokes all day! He made sure everyone understood what he was saying and was able to answer all of our questions. We learnt so much more about Cambodia's history and appreciated Samol's way of telling the story.
