What To Expect
Kachemak Bay State Park
Every cruise is unique, as your captain keeps track of the constantly moving creatures in order provide the best opportunity to see it all! This may include sea otters, eagles, puffins, whales, seals, bears and multiple species of nesting seabirds all from the comfort of the boat. We will explore Kachemak Bay’s jagged coastline with many incredible geologic rock formations, and an abundance of sea kelp and intertidal creatures that we may be able to spot!

5.00Lance was our tour guide - extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They knew we had been on a few other tours in the Bay, so they took us into an area that we had not been, which was awesome. We saw all of the animals (except whales, which is to be expected - you see them in Seward) that we had wanted and requested. Awesome trip, super friendly.

5.00Small boat, no restroom but our tour was only 2 hours so it was fine. Crew of two and both were kind and knowledgeable. We saw several different birds, sea otters and some aquatic life. Well worth the affordable price.

5.00If you ever find yourself in Homer please book a trip with this crew. Captain Maddy was fantastic. So much knowledge at such a young age. It was so much fun to see the whole crew’s enthusiasm at every animal or bird we saw. Loved every minute.
