You will be able to completely immerse yourself in a unique and authentic experience and cook like a true local!

You will learn ancient techniques and use tools from a bygone time.

I will reveal tricks of the trade and tell you the story of the dishes we will prepare together.

The ingredients and flours used are locally produced.

The menu is also suitable for those following a vegetarian diet.

What To Expect

We will start from the base and the presentation of the recipe and ingredients. We will prepare the dough, filling and sauce together. I will reveal secrets and tricks to making perfect pasta! We will choose together or I will suggest 1 or 2 dishes on the menu myself. Each participant will have their own workstation with everything they need. Finally all you have to do is taste!

Fresh pasta typical of the Ogliastra region, made with potatoes, cheese and mint and served with a double tomato sauce.

    Highly recommend this experience! Federica was incredibly kind and professional. Learning to cook these traditional Sardinian dishes in a beautiful Sardinian home felt very authentic and genuine. And the food we made turned out incredibly delicious!

    In this beautiful, very refined Gallura farmhouse with a breathtaking view, we had the pleasure of participating in a very pleasant and fun cooking class with the chef Federica, at the end of which we were able to taste the fruit of this experience accompanied by an excellent Vermentino...     We had a great afternoon with Federica and her family. We prepared Sardinian ravioli and mini gnocchi. Our two-year-old daughter also helped out and was looked after by the whole family. The pasta was delicious. We will definitely cook everything at home. We didn't make dessert, but it was worth it. The whole area in the country is super beautiful, cozy and authentic. We would love to come back. Thank you Federica and best wishes to your whole lovely family. :-)
