Rome’s vibrant Trastevere neighbourhood during this 2.5-hour hands-on cooking class at a traditional Italian cooking school. Very nice evening learning how to make thin Roman pizza. Started by making a very basic tiramisu which was ok. The pizzas we made were very good. Lots of spritz and wine.

Terrific experience. Our chef Gianmarie was knowledgeable and entertaining. The pizza and tiramitsu were delicious. The rest of the group were also a lot of fun. I will definitely try making this myself when I get home.

Fun and relaxing. Great way to learn to make traditional Roman pizza. You get to learn how to make true pizza and tiramisu, with the added bonus of wine. Employees are very friendly and helpful.
