Great experience with Capt Jay. I and my three kids had a great time learning about Boston and riding the Segways. Jay was a good teacher for my youngest child who had never been on a Segway. Wonderful way to learn about Boston.

Rick was a great guide for us today. Saw some of the best sites on our tour and he was very informative about the historical aspects. Would do this again.

Our Segway tour was excellent and easily one of the highlights of my parents' first visit to Boston. I booked this experience for my parents (51 and 52) while they were visiting me, and it exceeded all of our expectations. Our tour guide, Daniel, was incredibly warm, patient, thoughtful, and funny. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel comfortable and took the time to ensure everyone felt confident before we started. I was a little worried about how my parents would handle the Segways, especially because my dad was initially resistant after hearing what the tour involved. Ironically, he ended up enjoying it the most! It was wonderful to watch both of them learn something completely new and embrace the experience with so much enthusiasm. Beyond the fun of riding the Segways, Daniel's energy and encouragement made the tour special. He went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time, and he played a huge role in making this a memorable part of my parents' trip to Boston. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone, especially if you're looking for a unique experience to share with visiting family.

you will be in live traffic and on some uneven surfaces. Tour guide and assistant gave us a nice tour of Boston. Audio was thru a walki-talkie and very easy to hear. It's a great time.

captain jack was very accommodating & attentive to our needs. first, it was just me & my friend on the tour - which was fantastic coz' it was a private tour. it was my friend's first time on a segway & he was making sure that she feel comfortable with the segway. we learned a ton of great things thru captain jack. i highly recommend him as a segway tour guide!

We loved the one-hour experience; not too short and not too long. You will be literally standing the entire time so wear comfy shoes.

Captain Jay was great! Instructions for Segway were at a beginner level and super easy to get down. No safe word used! Made us feel very welcomed, remembered our names throughout the entire tour, asked about our hometown but was also very informative on Boston history. 10/10 would recommend!
