This tour was awesome!! Our guide, Aaron, was really knowledgeable and kept us engaged the whole time. The group size of ten felt perfect and manageable for the tour guide.

What made the tour was our guide, James. We learned so much about everything we saw. The history and facts he shared were amazing. Not only was he very knowledgeable but a wonderful engaging speaker. He took photos of all of us and pointed out the best views. We would definitely go on a tour with him again.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience with Phillip. His passion for local history and culture was outstanding and brought every site to life with fascinating stories and deep knowledge. He was always patient with questions and ensured we didn't feel rushed, allowing for a relaxed and informative atmosphere.

Our tour guide, Vinnie, was absolutely great. He gave me and my sister a personal tour in his van of sites along the coast from Anchorage to Whittier, with a highlight being the Alaska Wildlife Conservation Center. I was particularly fascinated by the Mud flats along the coast which look like you could walk on but Vinnie warned were like quicksand. Vinnie also took many photos of us on the tour which were later made available on a website. Finally, Vinnie is an unabashed booster of the summer tourist season in Alaska and provided an informative narrative for the tour.

What a fantastic experience! Patrick made this trip so enjoyable and I have him to thank for me taking the Portage Glacier boat ride! I would have definitely missed it on so much. This tour was one of the best I have ever gone in in all my 74 years. Patrick made this trip so much fun. He even had a little trivia game at the end. Thank you Patrick for being such a great tour guide!

I rated it a 5 to support my Driver Patrick, who was excellent, knowledgeable and hard working at his craft of tour guide. I was not feeling it at first. I wanted more remote animal experience with less captivity, but as the day moved on. Patrick made it interesting and provided info, I would not have otherwise learned. I appreciate being in his Van. Truth be told, I would have wished for more descriptions from trip advisor and the provider, so I could have planned a different trip. But in the end I was where GOD wanted me to be :-)

A great opportunity to get out of Anchorage and into the wilderness! James was excellent at taking photos and providing suggestions! We saw many animals both on the drive and boat ride, as well as many at the Alaska Wildlife Conservation Center. The boat ride was a good way to see the Portage glacier close-up! A fun afternoon!
