Minori was an excellent guide! We did the food tour in Kyoto and she was very knowledgeable and even took care of making sure everything was perfect! I have a shellfish allergy and she took care of letting the chef know and made sure my food was safe.

We booked direct with the operator for 19Jun but the tour guide on the day cancelled. They rescheduled efficiently but there was a mix up with the meeting location so we missed the part that covered the shrine. However, the host Minori was very sweet and we had a great rest of the evening with the group. The food was amazing, absolutely top notch in taste and quality. Definitely recommended despite the mix up. A great recovery by Minori.
