• Rude Driver

  I have never seen such a rude driver! The guy simply yells at everyone and even yelled at and pushed an employee from the same company he works for! Seriously! It was a horrible experience. The driver was very lucky that nobody did anything, because he really deserved it! I will simply never go near this company again.

  I had a good experience discovering SF with City Sightseeing. Definitely I’m gonna back. And I could know the famous house in Alamo Square.

  Have done Hop On in Philadelphia, New York and Boston. All were great. San Francisco was different. Buses were supposed to pass by stops every 20 to 30 minutes. Once on Friday and once on Saturday, the pickup was time was over an hour. The explanation—-well, sometimes we overbooked. Really. Then add an extra route driver. The lady Even said an extra bus was available. Vacations are short and waiting in this way is unnecessary.

  The stop at Fisherman's Wharf is over 30 minutes. The first day of the tour, the driver had a tape telling about the city and stops. It was great! Our second day, the driver did all of the talking. He was terrible and couldn't be understood.

  We had both guide and driver, BOTH were OUTSTANDING. The stops were great and it was nice being able to hit all the highlights in go instead of trying to piece everything together ourselves with multiple Ubers and maps. Overall, a really enjoyable experience and a great way to see everything efficiently in two days.

  I had good experience with San Francisco Deluxe Sightseeing Bus Service. I purchased a ticket through Groupon, excited to explore the city, The driver, I believe Islie, is like a surgeon on these tight San Fran streets We are here to be relaxed and enjoy San Fran and they made our experience perfect. Thank you! See you again!

  Fantastic tour & various route options. The staff are extremely informative which made our experience much easier. Just a foot note if go to union square and pick them in begining.Overall, a satisfactory experience with some room for improvements.

  It did provide a hop-on/hop-off experience, but geez...the guide was just incredibly annoying. He talked non-stop and I don't think I understood more than about two things he shared about places. He had his schpeel memorized and was likely sick of hearing himself say it but spoke so super fast and loud that it just wasn't even comprehensible. In the end, I didn't feel like I learned anything about any locations and most of what we passed by I didn't know what he was saying about them. The fake laughing at his own jokes was over the top. Possibly this tour could be better with someone else with a different style of being a tour guide where you could actually hear what they are saying and not full of so many not funny, way over-rehearsed jokes.
