My cousin and I decided that a tour to the Grand Canyon from Vegas would be great! We booked with Max Tours to pick us up from our Vegas Hotel (the W). The driver arrived just when we were advised (5:30 am) just at the correct location we were given. Our tour guide was Josiah and he was awesome! Everything was just as explained! Water/food/beverages were provided! Much needed after the 110 degree day hikes! We stayed at a beautiful newly renovated hotel and had a great full hot breakfast! We were given options for dinner and dropped off and picked up which was great! So many thanks to Josiah! My back decided to go out the night before the tour but was helped in and out of the van as needed by Josiah or other guest in the van which made my trip! I would book this tour in again and highly recommend to anyone that is thinking of booking! Thanks again Josiah for making this such a rememberable trip!

We had an amazing time on the trip with Melony to the Grand Canyon and Hoover Dam from Las Vegas. The bus was comfortable and very cool. We had plenty of water and snacks for the trip. Everything went very smoothly and it’s something that I’ll never forget. The best thing about the drive is that it went very fast because our tour guide was so knowledgeable about Nevada history, the Hoover Dam and the history and the geology that created the Grand Canyon. Really loved all of her dam facts. We even stopped to see some wild big horned sheep!

Our 3-day tour of the Grand Canyon was absolutely unforgettable, largely thanks to our incredible guide, Jim. From the very first moment, Jim brought an amazing energy to the group. He is incredibly insightful and shared fascinating knowledge about the canyon's history, geology, and wildlife that you just can't get from a guidebook. He kept us entertained the entire time with his great sense of humor and fun storytelling. What truly set Jim apart was his dedication. He consistently went out of his way to accommodate everyone’s needs, fitness levels, and personal requests, making sure no one felt rushed or left out. He truly cared that each person had the best possible experience. If you are planning a Grand Canyon trip, pray that you get Jim as your guide. Highly recommend

The guide was Ken from MaxTour. It was a very polite response at the time he came to pick me up. Hospitality was always high and I felt safe. All participants were also guided to be punctual, so that those who returned on time would not lose money. I was surprised and impressed by the many unique and wonderful places that the guides knew. As for the guides in the car, the content was also easy to hear in slow and clear English. When I met wildlife along the way, he gave me time to take pictures with open arms while considering the time. He's been a great guide throughout the tour.

I came from Brazil and had an amazing experience with Ken from MaxTour. He is extremely kind, friendly, and very easy to understand, especially for non-native English speakers. During the tour, he took us to many incredible places that were even beyond what was originally included in the itinerary. He also shared a lot of interesting facts and curiosities along the way, which made the experience even more special. Everything was very well organized, fun, and memorable. Ken made the whole trip top-notch. Highly recommended!

This tour is worth taking if you have 2 days to spare. The itinerary is well curated, with enough time in each place. Our driver-tour guide, Robert, is not only knowledgeable, but very helpful and nice. The hotel choice is decent and clean. The transportation is convenient whether at the front or back rows. Maxtours also made sure that there is always drinks and snacks all througout. Customer service unit also made sure that all my queries prior to the tour are satisfactorily answered, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience for us.
