George Riley was our 2 day Isle of Skye tour driver and guide and we couldn't have had any better experience. He was absolutely great, very kind, professional and very funny. We loved every minute of our tour. He was always enquiring if we were comfortable and made sure we were having a good time from the time he picked us up from Edinburgh. Though the weather was not ideal and what we had hoped for, George made sure that we were still able to see a few hot spots in the Skye. We started to appreciate the Scottish weather and go with the flow. We coordinated with Martin the owner of E2G tour and he was so easy to communicate with. The entire experience was so pleasant. Martin upgraded our car to 8 seater so my kids to get a window for each of themselves and worked with me to accommodate my requests and he also went out of his way to find accommodation recommendations in Portree for us. I will 100% recommend George and E2G tour and will definitely choose them if we return to Scotland.

My wife and I took a quick anniversary trip to Scotland as part of a larger family trip to the UK. We spent two days in Edinburgh but wanted to make a quick trip into the highlands. Given the differences in driving and the tight timeline, we looked into a tour company. We were glad to have stumbled upon E2G. As soon as our booking was confirmed we were put in touch with our tour guide Colin, who started the process of crafting our tour. This took much of the trip planning anxiety away. Colin was in frequent communication via WhatsApp before we joined up. We wanted a somewhat “off the beaten path” experience and Colin really delivered. Colin was a true gentleman and cared for us well. We felt extremely well looked out for. Colin’s vehicle was quite clean and comfortable. He also provided numerous Scottish snacks. Colin is exceptionally knowledgeable about Scotland , he has even written some travel guides! He took us on some unique hikes to get away from the masses and customized our experience to our desires. The highlight of the trip a small restaurant that he arranged for us for lunch. My wife and I got to share the most lovely meal looking out onto a loch. This will be a cherished memory. I will also remember sharing a dram of whisky as a group on the quaint village of Luss on a dock and a Irn Bru. Colin made the tour quite lovely and we are glad we had him as our guide. Would highly recommend to any travelers looking for a custom experience, well worth the price!

Our two day Highlands trip was with Simon was amazing!! We had the opportunity to see the entire Highland area, were able to create a personalized itinerary, and had Simons wonderful knowledge of every area we experienced. The trip was everything you need to get the full Scottish Highlands experience!

All I can say is that this was a magnificent tour. Do in part the amazing sights but also our tour guide Diana made it extra special. Our 2 days 1 night were jammed packed but we saw everything. Diana added so many interesting facts and colorful dialogue. Thank You Diana. You are the best!

My boyfriend and I booked a two-day tour to the Isle of Skye with G2E and couldn’t have been happier with the experience — especially thanks to our private guide and driver, George. We managed to see and do an incredible amount in just two days, but the real highlight of the trip was George himself. What really stood out was how passionate he was about the Highlands and making sure we had the best possible experience. His energy never dropped, even after two long days, he made the tour feel personal and relaxed. It honestly felt more like travelling around Scotland with a witty local friend than being on a tour. We especially enjoyed his anecdotes about his wonderful wife, always told with perfect humor and just enough caution 😀 We’d highly recommend this trip to anyone visiting Scotland — and if you get George as your private guide and driver, you’re in for an unforgettable time.

We wanted to see the Isle of Skye and the highlands but not be crowded and rushed in coach size tour. We stumbled upon E2G tours while searching online and decided to give it go. The experience was nothing short of amazing. Our tour guide George went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing trip. Despite the short winter days we had an amazing experience and George listened to us and made sure we got everything we wanted out of the tour. He even threw a few surprise visits and stops along the way for us! Highly recommend this tour for seeing thr lovely Scottish country.
