Hosted inside Gold Bar Distillery’s 1930s Art Deco Pan Am hangar on Treasure Island, this hands-on class pairs creative mixology with sweeping views of the Bay and San Francisco skyline.
The experience highlights Pacific House Gin, crafted by Gold Bar Distillery and known for its vibrant botanicals, fresh citrus, and smooth, approachable character.
Guests shake, stir, and garnish three colorful cocktails while learning how botanicals shape flavor and balance. One of the moments guests love most is seeing the first cocktail come together, a bright, beautifully balanced drink they just made themselves.
Even guests who normally don’t reach for gin often leave surprised by how refreshing and enjoyable these cocktails can be.
Getting here is easy, including a scenic six-minute ferry ride from the San Francisco Ferry Building.

Guided by expert mixologists, guests explore bright, approachable gin flavors through fresh botanicals, citrus, and floral notes. Even guests who don’t usually choose gin are often surprised by how smooth and refreshing these cocktails can be. Includes: – Interactive mixology class featuring Pacific House Gin – Create three full-size cocktails including a Bee’s Knees, BayFC Poppy, and Martinez – Beginner-friendly instruction on gin and cocktail technique – A relaxed, social atmosphere that encourages conversation The class moves at an easy pace and is ideal for date nights, birthdays, and small group celebrations. Guests should arrive sober. We reserve the right to refuse service to intoxicated guests.

5.00Came with my husband and younger brother in law. Richard was awesome for the gin cocktail making class! So personable and knowledgeable! We originally wanted to book the whiskey class but couldn't make the time. We were pleasantly surprised with the gin glass. All the cocktails were delicious. We learned so much and had a wonderful time!
