What To Expect
Singapore
Begin with an early morning pickup at your Singapore hotel. Our trained driver will meet you at the hotel driveway to check your documents before escorting you through immigration via the Malaysia drive-through border (no standing-in-line). After clearing immigration, your English-speaking guide will settle you into the comfortable seats of your private, air-conditioned minivan to enjoy the 4-hour chauffeured drive to Malaysia's capital - Kuala Lumpur.
Along the way to Kuala Lumpur, your driver will make 2 stopovers. The 1st stopover will be at a Starbucks/Costa Coffee near Malacca, where western-style toilets are available (toilet paper available upon request). The 2nd stopover will be at a 5-star Marriott/Hilton Hotel, where guests can enjoy a premium western breakfast (or traditional Malay food upon request). 5.00This was a great way to see the highlights of Malaysia from Singapore in a day and learn about the country’s history and culture. The tour guide Iman was fantastic and our kids, ages 13 & 16, had a great time and learned a lot about Malaysia. The Batu Caves were our favorite part, but everything was so unique and worth seeing. So glad we did it!

5.00Shan (tour guide) and Vicky (driver) were excellent! They knew how to maneuver the traffic and maximize time to ensure we saw all the attractions that were scheduled and we had enough time to shop, eat, and take pictures. This is a great tour to take from Singapore if you have only limited time. The van seats were luxurious, the on board WiFi was great too! Definitely enjoyed seeing the countryside. Great tour of Melaka and Kuala Lumpur.

5.00I had qualms about being a solo female traveler; however, Iman, the tour guide & miss Vicky, the female driver made me feel safe. Iman was a knowledgeable guide & an excellent photographer. Vicky was an excellent driver who fearlessly navigated the traffic in Malaysia. The tour operator & miss Vicky provided an excellent service when I left a couple of items in the van. They’ve encountered hiccups trying to deliver my items back to me at the hotel. I finally received my missing items back & I’m very grateful to them for their patience. I would definitely recommend them & this tour operator to my friends & family.

5.00This was an epic morning/day/night trip full of history, modern marvels, cultural sites, and great conversation along the way. Iman was a thoughtful and informative guide, and went out of his way to make each stop interesting. He took a LOT of pictures too. our driver Vicky was also a total trooper, moving us swiftly and safely to each location. The comfy van with aircon made each stop even better, as we could cool down along the way. As for sites, the Melaka side-trip was incredibly worth it as an example of Asian culture influenced by Dutch, Portuguese, and British imperialism. It was a perfect balance of old-world charm and modern tourism. Putrajaya was not on my radar prior to the tour, and it's truly a city of the future. Clean, perfectly laid out, and ready for the ongoing expansion of KL. Batu Caves is a must-do even if you are not religious - the statue and caves were wondrous. Mounting 272 stairs in the heat, while dodging ravenous monkeys, felt like a victory! KL itself was a bustling city, and the Petronas Towers do not disappoint. They are technically "old" now, but still have a futuristic feel, and the stories of how they were built are impressive. This tour is highly recommended as a way to see multiple aspects of Malaysia in a single day.

5.00We have undertaken this tour as a family, so 2 adults and 1 child (12 year old daughter). We arrived on time at our hotel in a very comfortable and spacious van. There were no other guests (theoretically, there could have been a child and an adult in the van). So the tour is basically geared towards minigroups. This means: You have 1:1 supervision. We had a very safe driver and an extremely friendly tour guide. Actually, it was like traveling with friends. We felt very comfortable and well looked after in the company of the two. Entry formalities are completely organized by the company. You leave Singapore at the border and then enter Malaysia. So you have to take your passport with you. One day before, a photo of the passports is sent to the organizer. You will receive a request for this beforehand. The formalities are then carried out entirely by the organiser. You don't have to worry about anything at the border either, except that you have to show your face to border guards so they can match it with your passport. You stay in the car. So it's very straightforward. The journey to Kuala Lumpur then takes about 3 hours. All personal needs are taken into account (e.g. if you need to go to the toilet, drink again etc.). Here the guest is truly king. On the way, a breakfast break is taken in a hotel, where you can then, like any hotel guest, have breakfast from the buffet, which is also very rich. The quality is very good and there is something for every palate. The cost is already included in the tour price. I don't want to overestimate the sights. But I can say that we all saw must-sees in Kuala Lumpur. Last stop (around 3pm) is the KL Tower. Up in the tower is a viewing roundel. You have a great view over the whole city. There is also a restaurant where you can have your lunch. It is a very rich buffet of very high quality. Be sure to bring hunger! Again, the costs are already included in the tour price. The return journey begins at around 4.30 p.m. In the evening there is a lot of activity at the border. You have to be patient. But you're in the air-conditioned van. One leaves Malaysia again and re-enters Singapore. We were then back at the hotel around 10pm. I have done many tours with Viator in other countries of the world and have always been very satisfied. But this tour was my absolute highlight. Here really nothing was left to chance and the kindness and personal all-round care are second to none.

4.00Great excursion! Saw a lots of interesting attractions and the guide (Iaman) and driver (Chris) were wonderful. Iaman shared a lot of information about history and sights we visited. TQhe ride to Kuala Lumpur was okay as we had several stops along the way. The ride back was extremely long (4.5 hours) as it was a straight shot back to Singapore. The boarder crossing was always busy.
