Good but delayed with confusion over tickets

4.00Confusing re ticket pick up which took us nearly an hour to sort. Confirmation states pick up from a meeting point (not the case), received notice to say tickets would be emailed but discovered very late they’d been sent by WhatsApp. Could you make this process clearer? Otherwise actual visit to the monastery (once we’d got our tickets) was very good.
