What To Expect
From the airport to Amman city required destination - At the airport: As previously stated, the guest's name will be on a sign that our chauffeur will carry in the arrival lobby. - When receiving a guest: Our chauffeur will assist the guest with the bags and take him to the vehicle. - Upon Arrived at the vehicle: The chauffeur will also assist the guest by placing bags inside the vehicle upon arrival. - Inside the vehicle: The chauffeur will offer the guest a complimentary bottle of water and inquire about the appropriate temperature for the guest. He will also ask the guest if he would like to listen to soft music and will give the guest an idea of the current temperature and the expected temperature for the next few days. - Upon arrival at the final destination: The chauffeur will assist the guest in unloading their luggage from the vehicle and will bid the guest farewell

5.00Excellent, friendly driver. He communicated with us in advance and was waiting when we arrived. He had water for us in the car and answered all our questions as we drove to the hotel. Also, he had a nice, clean car!

5.00The driver was there waiting for us with a sign displaying my name. The car was new, equipped with WiFi. He had water provided in the cup holders waiting for us. He was professional, respectful and friendly. We were so pleased we used his service for the duration of our stay. He took us to Mount Nebo, the Dead Sea and Madaba and a bit of Amman. We will also use his service for Wadi Rum and other locations. Great service, he goes above and beyond! Highly recommended.

5.00Faisal was an incredible driver! He was on time, had a sign waiting for me with my name and had a clean and comfortable car to get me to my hotel safely. I arrived a little before midnight and it was great to have someone waiting there for me to get me where I needed to go while I was extremely tired from traveling. Definitely book with him!

5.00Booked an airport to hotel transfer through Viator to avoid the extra stress of other transportation. Yuones was our driver and he was excellent. Our flight arrived about 40 minutes early and I was so glad that he was already at the airport waiting. He speaks excellent English and we enjoyed conversation with him about Jordan during the ride to the hotel. His car was clean and he was friendly and helpful.

5.00Great organization, good information before the flight and excellent support if you have any issues. My flight number was wrong and the driver left the airport. They sent me a message and I explained what happened. They sent another driver in 10 minutes. And, good price they provide!
