Zakopane is one of the most popular tourist destinations in Poland. During peak seasons, especially on weekends, holidays, and school breaks, large crowds are to be expected in the city center and at major attractions.
Waiting times for cable cars and popular attractions (such as Gubałówka) may be long, particularly during high season. The tour operator has no control over queues or waiting times.
Participants are advised to wear comfortable footwear and clothing suitable for changing weather conditions.
Mountain views and panoramic scenery are dependent on weather conditions and cannot be guaranteed.
If you plan to visit the Thermal Baths, bring a swimsuit, towel, and flip flops. Locker hire is available on site.
Bring cash (Polish złoty) for any optional extras you wish to purchase on site. Some vendors may accept cards, but cash is recommended.

5.00I had an excellent experience on this one-day tour. Everything was perfectly organized from start to finish. The transportation was comfortable, and it was so nice not to worry about any logistics throughout the day. Our guide was absolutely wonderful. She was friendly, professional, and very attentive to everyone in the group. Every time we returned to the bus, she carefully checked that everyone was present before we continued. She explained everything clearly, shared interesting information, and made sure everyone felt comfortable and informed. What I loved most was how easy and stress-free the whole experience was.
