Bolungarvik
Cross one of Iceland’s longest tunnels (5.5 km) and arrive at Bolungarvík, a remote fishing village tucked between towering cliffs and the sea. With just 1,000 residents and one of Iceland’s oldest ports, it’s a hidden gem rich in history and charm.
Bolafjall
Just 3 years ago, Bolungarvík opened its boldest attraction: a cliff-edge viewing platform atop Mount Bolafjall, 628 meters above sea level. Suspended by 60 tons of steel, it offers thrilling views over the village, dramatic fjords, and even, on clear days, all the way to Greenland. Dare to step out and see Iceland from above!

4.00Water falls were super with a nice walk next to the waterfalls.Area us very nice. HOLT WAS AN EXTRA SPOT. We also visited fishing museum,met a fisherman and showed us how fishing us done with various used tools. We also visited a mountain but was foggy on the day. However the driver and guide are very efficient and explained us all.

1.00Terrible experience. The guide had no microphone and we couldn’t hear a single word nor was a guiding done to explain the places we visited. We had zero idea as to where we were going. Apparently the regular guide called in sick and no one was prepared to give an audible presentation. We should have been informed and given a chance to cancel and refund our money.
