5.00A great experience! From picking us up at the hotel to dropping us off, it was great. We did the evening class, which started promptly at 5 & we finished around 9pm. Our instructor was a lot of fun and also a very good teacher. We accomplished 11 dishes & we were able to choose which to do in some of them, but we got instructions on the differences between all of them. She also taught us about the Ankha. The cooking area was very nice & we had plenty of space.

5.00The whole experience was excellent. They were many delicious courses and the kitchen was very accommodating for our large group. The staff was amazing to work with and such great teachers. I came in, knowing nothing about cooking and every single one of my meals was one of the best I had had in Thailand. You get to learn so much about the Acca and Thai culture. It amazing to get a feel for a traditional Akha food, especially since the Akha population is decreasing. I would 100% recommend this experience because it gives you so many in what you make and it was a great thing to do with all my friends.
