5.00We took this tour with Valentina G who was an excellent guide. As we walked around the city centre sampling local food we learnt about the uniqueness of Bologna's signature dishes, meat, cheese and pasta. This culinary excursion was interlaced with history, local information and Valentina's personal reflections on her family meals when growing up. The whole experience was superb.

5.00Such an incredible tour led by Valentina G. of some of the best foods Bologna has to offer. Each and every bite we had was ridiculously delicious, but even better was the insight that Valentina gave us into the history and culture behind the food of this area. Bolgona is maybe the food capital of the world, and this tour was the perfect way to experience that.
