1.00This was the biggest waste of money ever. The tour guide was not informative or even friendly. The entrance fee isn’t even included in the ticket! Please save yourself the pain and just buy an entrance ticket to see the David and read about the art online.

4.00Guide was knowledgeable about the museum, including some interesting bits of history about David. My only criticism is that it was difficult to find the tour guide at the time of the tour. The directions were vague, and there was no sign as indicated. But we did manage to ask the right people and find him.

5.00Every one on the tour met in the Piazza delle Belle Arti, 15 minutes before tour. Radios & earphones were handed out and tested. Then we walked about 50 metres to the Accademia Gallery, through security screening, which was very fast. The tour was about an hour and our guide was very friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend.

5.00The first sight of David was a humbling experience, the scale of the work and the energy that he emanated was palpable, in spite of the gallery being full of visitors. Our guide’s enthusiasm and passion for his subject material was infectious and he made the experience a whole lot more meaningful i strongly recommend Maestro tours.
