Karolina was a great guide. The tour was well organized and Karolina was very knowledgeable. The small fortress at Terezín was the highlight and the local guide there was also very knowledgeable.

Carolina was a source of endless knowledge and information and contributed towards making this the best tour wee did during our 4 days in Prague

The tour guide was very knowledgeable and made the tour very interesting, however it was incredibly rushed and we never got the opportunity to fully appreciate the experience. The day we did it was very hot and we never even got time to grab a drink. This would be better as a full day tour. Not suitable for anyone with walking difficulties.

A recommended activity for those who love history. Although it is a "sad" visit, our guide Karolina did a great job, explaining everything with a lot of respect and at the same time with a lot of passion, making the 5 hours of the excursion feel short.

Very interesting tour and all walking was on flat land but very rugged surfaces of differing levels. If you have or need walking cane or sticks I recommend you bring them. The streets and paths are all bricks or rocks. The tour guide was excellent and very attentive to safety. I am glad I attended this tour and highly recommend it.

Disappointing experience with a guide that didn't give us time to see anything. Part of the people in the group that were Spanish speaking received the tour guide that was booked with the activity itself & rode with us in the bus. We could see how she took the other group into different rooms and areas and explained along the way. The English speaking group was kept in the courtyard and not given any time to really see the rooms that the guide explained about. She just said "there's nothing to see there." So if there's nothing to see, why did I spend time and money on this activity and not able to see anything? Also, you are taking away from the tremendous importance of Terezin by saying this. What an insult to the memries of those that suffered and died there. Also, there was a large statue which was clearly a memorial. When I asked what it was depicting and the significance of it, simply was told “it’s a memorial for the victims.” Very poor quality guide. More upsetting is that after informing Viator of this issue, was informed that as the tour took us to each site-despite not being giving time to see most of it- they had fulfilled their obligations and would not issue a refund.
