Julia provided lots of insights and I learnt a huge amount about, both, how best to taste wine and the different grape varieties of the region

Julia was great. She gave a comprehensive and comprehensible presentation of Piedmont wines and their production, with 4 different wines to taste. She was very knowledgeable, friendly and easy to ask questions of. Thank you

Julia is a charming and knowledgable host who widened our knowledge of wine in general and Piemontese wines in particular. We were fortunate in that we had her to ourselves but her format would also work for larger groups. Plenty of time to ask questions and dicuss wines. She is able to make enjoying wine relevant to us all.

Personable and knowledgeable! This region has so many fantastic wines including Nebbiolo, Barbaresco, and Barolo, but there are others. You will taste and interpret the wine so you enjoy it even more. Great class that could be adjusted based on experience.

This was an educational experience that was fun and informative. Our host was easy to talk to and her presentation was memorable and fun. The school is easy to find as it is centrally located. We learned quite a few things about some popular Piedmont wines.

Great introduction to the wines of the region. We had a very enjoyable and informative evening tasting wine and learning how to distinguish different varietals. We are wine lovers and have attended many wine tastings around the world and most highly recommend this experience. Would be enjoyable if you are an experienced wine lover or a novice. Can’t wait to return in the spring or fall and visit wineries of the Langhe in depth.
