Please note that the museum has reserved entry times. It is important to arrive at the meeting point at least 10 minutes earlier, as late arrivals cannot be accommodated or refunded.

Guests may visit the Augustinerkirche (the Augustinian Church) on their own, as guiding inside the church is not permitted.
Large bags, suitcases, umbrellas, and baby strollers are not permitted inside the museum and cannot be stored on-site.

5.00This was a fascinating tour. Barbara is a personable, knowledgeable guide who did a great job answering questions and explaining the complicated life of Sisi. Really enjoyed learning additional facts than what I already knew from the excellent Netflix series. Loved it; highly recommend!

4.00Our tour guide was really lovely and knew her stuff! But it was hard to hear her if you got behind, or to see what she was gesturing to/talking about. Some of the rooms are really small so it’s impossible for the whole group to be nearby. There wasn’t really a line to slip when we arrived at 1:00, so honestly I think I’d have preferred to go through the exhibits on our own with the audio guide.
