My experience was unique, rewarding and exciting. The tours they offer in yelow are very good and complete! Karina's help, her treatment, her charisma with people was the best thing of all! I take the best memories!

We had to search for the stop to start this morning based on an event going on. There were people standing in the isles at the end of the day. 45 minutes wait for a bus. Not impressed.

Well worth the price. Got the 2 bus tours and the river cruise done. We could also use the tickets on the Tram. Highly recommend.

We rode both bus lines and all was fine, except for the communication part when it came to us asking where to get off for the yellow boat ride. Two drivers told us where to get off for the boat ride, but failed to mention to us that the boat rides don’t operate on Sundays. So we stood waiting for over two hours before a security guard for the terminal ferry informed us you don’t operate the boat on sundays, which we did not see in the literature. Would be nice if announcement could be made onboard the bus.

Hard to locate the bus stops but it was a busy two days in Lisbon .. a two day marathon, Woman's Day parade, and military parade celebration. The boat ride included was great. Weather was fantastic and a great way to see the city!

The bus tour was fine with a nice commentary and not too busy . However the river cruise was badly misrepresented and the boat was nothing like the picture shown on the details page, in fact it couldn’t be described as a boat! Open sided , rusty seating area , no facilities ! Pity I can’t leave a picture ! Very disappointing !

Too bad... the drivers removing a girl the rest rude and ill-mannered because they did not stop at their corresponding place unless you. On one occasion not seeing him slow him down, we stopped two metres ahead and he wouldn't open the door. And it was quite common for them to do so because we could check it live when we were riding in the transport. We only agreed with a super nice and very correct driver who also indicated that they should stop if.o yes. In Porto we got on the red bus and it turned out better. Deduct yourself

We rode the Yellow Bus on November 23, 2025, and our experience was nothing short of infuriating. We paid full price for the 2-day Hop-On Hop-Off ticket, including the Purple Line for Modern Lisbon, only to be left stranded for over an hour at Stop #2 with zero buses in sight. Not one. For an advertised scheduled service (ervery 30 min), this is unacceptable. We called customer service, and their response was useless — no updates, no solutions, nothing. We then spoke to the rep at Stop #1, who just repeated, “It’s coming,” even though clearly it wasn’t. This completely derailed our day’s itinerary and made the entire ticket feel like a waste of money. Yellow Bus needs to fix its scheduling or stop selling tickets for services they clearly cannot operate. We will not be recommending this company to anyone visiting Lisbon. On top of that, another couple at one of the other stops had a similar complaint. We saw many more City Sightseeing busses before we even saw one Yellowbus.

While the bus tours where as expected, the boat cruise was by far the highlight. The boat ride was the ideal way to see all the Lisbon Tejo/Tagus highlights, get great photos, and beat the heat in the summer.

What was great about the bus tour was how thorough it was. The tour went through so many of the different neighborhoods and we could easily see how Lisbon has 3 million people. It’s not just about old town. However, my one serious critique was the lack of communication when we wanted to know how to access the boat. It wasn’t clear and our first bus driver had no interest in helping us out. We thought we were able to get off at Belém-Maat and so we did but we would have had to wait almost 3 hours for the boat. There was a much better option but we didn’t know that. We ultimately figured it out, somewhat by chance, and really enjoyed the cruise on the water. Overall, it was a lovely day but we felt it lacked some clarity. On the buses there is not someone to help guide or even necessarily how to get off. But the comfort and the length of tour is excellent.
