1.00Terrible experience! I strongly advise against it!!! I had booked for 8:30 in the morning, but the night before they changed the time to 1:00 PM with a guide in English! Without asking if I could make it. I had organized my trip well in advance; I set 8:30 as the time because I had other appointments in the afternoon! They seem like scammers!

1.00Fraud! Disgraceful! Both Viator and the service provider. We ordered 4 tickets for the Vatican. We were supposed to receive the ticket on the morning of the visit. Received nothing. The service provider claims to have never received the reservation from Viator. Ruined stay. Now I will have to fight to get a refund. Shameful

1.00Took the family joined the line, no ticket. So looked at my account for a contact number to discover a message saying it was cancelled. Now, you’d already cancelled my other excursion on this day (you ruined the day) but the first one I at least received notification by email or text message in plenty of time. This one, I only found it was cancelled on my account. I’m unsure why you had to cancel as many operators were working. You cannot blame the travel service strike as I made my own way to the city. I’m disgusted in the way you have conducted things. To receive my money back is the least you need to do. I will never ever use your service in the future.
