Great and easy way to see some iconic spots in Paris. Very hot and no real covering from the sun. No commentary on what we were seeing.

It was a punctual service, and the people were super helpful when we left our backpack on the boat. The only problem is the hours. It starts at 10 and it doesn’t go at night. It was only until 7 PM. And there was zero narrative about what we were seeing along the way. They only provided some audio that you could get on the app about the specific places.

I wanted to utilise Batobus while in Paris to get to all the different attractions, however with the heatwave, the boat was too hot with no windows and direct sunlight which made it feel like being in a fishbowl. I had to get off the boat to walk as it was cooler than being on the boat. Also, very overpriced in general, compared to other countries.

It is exactly as promised. No commentary but easy access to great areas. Beautiful way to get overview of the city.

A totally awful experience. Would take a boat trip in the sun-heated Paris, but did not know what awaited us. A PROPFYLDT boat, where there were probably seats, but only inside the “greenhouse”, where it was probably 50 degrees. Completely incomprehensible to have a boat trip on the Seine, where you can not open the windows to the side. Only in the roof were some windows shot a little to the side, but there was absolutely no penetration and it was an experience that we are not going to repeat. We gave up after 3 stops and didn't come back. It was so much a game of money.

Horrible experience! Do not recommend in peak season, boat is always overpacked, have to wait for 2-4 batobus because the lines are insane and boats not more frequent when lots of tourists!

This was a scam. The boat did not show up, they oversold tickets and were not able to get almost anyone on the boats. Terribly run, staff not helpful. We stood in the hot sun with no shade waiting for a boat that never came. Waste of time and money. Do not book!

The boat was large, seats not very comfortable but view was good from any seat. It would have been better if they had someone talking about what you were seeing, but there was no narration.
