Paying for a ticket should not require us to stand in a long general admission line with people who have not purchased tickets.

This is a scam! We never received our tickets. The confirmation code from viator is not the entry ticket , the local operator is not responding and never received the actual QR code with the ticket. Do not book this experience!

This went very smoothly for us. Read instructions as you receive them. Viator Vouchers do not get you entry but they send you tickets and we were able to go in a very short line with the voucher they gave us with a time slot. Overall wonderful experience

We had a wonderful experience visiting the Orangerie Museum in Paris. We booked our tickets through Viator at the very last minute and were impressed by how quickly we received them—within just 5–10 minutes. The Viator team was extremely helpful and assisted us with the necessary time reservation, which ensured priority access and a smooth, hassle-free entry into the museum. The museum itself was absolutely beautiful, and the entire experience was well organized from start to finish. Highly recommend both the Orangerie Museum and Viator’s booking service for anyone planning a trip to Paris.

What an amazing experience! The L’Orangerie is a must do in Paris. But book in advance and secure a timeslot to miss a 3 hour wait.

Very bad! It’s not entering the museum any time. Need to join the longest queue with those without tickets under burning hot sun! Tickets sold with misleading statement. This is the lousiest arrangement I ever had. Why buy tickets in advance? Why not just buy tickets on the spot and keep my flexibility.

While the paintings are spectacular, the overall experience was spoiled by the bad organization. The venue is managing very poorly the long waiting lines (lack of clarity and the staff are not helpful). The associated services provided by Viator were not clear. I received many emails and messages via the App. Information was spread across and as a result very confusing. It was extremely frustrating to spend that amount of money and to experience so much difficulty to get in the museum and access the audio guide. Very disappointing!

Tickets with no time slot for this museum are a failure. After waiting in line for an extended period we were told that the museum was sold out and since we purchased third party tickets we were not getting it. Of course my tickets are unrefundable so money spend got nothing.

BEWARE…The line for entry was so long that we were unable to enter. Viator refused to refund or reschedule our tickets for another day. DO NOT USE VIATOR for your travels. HORRIBLE customer service
