We only serve alcoholic drinks for participants of 18 years old and above. Minor participants below 18 years old will be served non-alcoholic drinks.

The workshop is in English as people from all over the world participate. Our hosts can translate some parts if necessary.

A great way to start the workshop! You’ll discover the history and brewing process behind 3 interesting Belgian beers, brought to you by our enthusiastic host. You'll choose your favorite beer to make your own waffles. Cheers! 2) Belgian waffle baking class: Let’s get baking! During the second part of the workshop, you’ll learn how to bake your own Belgian waffles using your favorite beer. Our host guides you through the recipe and baking process. Thirsty? We’re always happy to give you a refill. 3) Food pairing and tasting: The moment you've been waiting for! Your self-made Belgian waffles are finally ready to be devoured. Just pair them with a topping of your choice and the beer you’ve used in the batter to get the best taste. Oh and: you can bake and eat as much waffles as you want. Yummy!

5.00It was a hot day in Brugge and water and beer was plentiful! We loved trying Belgium beers and hearing about their history. We learned a lot about Belgium too! The waffles were fun and easy to make and delicious! This was such a fun part of our day! Highly recommend!

5.00We were warmly welcomed and put at ease. Introduced ourselves as there were other people there. German, Dutch and us British. We mixed up and introduced ourselves which broke the ice. Our host was amazing, very patient, knowledgeable about the excellent strong Belgium beers. We made our own waffles with various beers and were delicious and took our leftovers and sprinkle away to keep. Totally recommend going!!

5.00Did the Waffles ’n Beer workshop with friends and had a blast. You make your own waffles and pair them with Belgian specialty beers — simple concept, really well executed. Our host Luc was fantastic; kept the energy up and made the whole group feel at ease. Waffles to eat on site, extras to take away and drinks included at a very fair price. Highly recommend it.

5.00Such a cool idea. Our host was fantastic, he gave such a great history of Bruge & Belgium and the Bruge Zot brewery. The waffle making was such fun and they tasted amazing! I so highly recommend this experience!
