Get dropped off at Bang Rong Pier in the north of Phuket from where you can get a free hotel transfer (only if the hotel location is covered for drop-off). The boat service is operating daily in low and high season.

The boat from Yao Yai to Phuket arrived with 40min delay. In spite of that the transfer was smooth. There was enough space on board for all passengers and luggage. The staff is well organized and the back office helpful and very responsive. I recommend this company.
