1.00Very disappointed in this tour and want a full refund. Talked with your customer service about a private half day tour of Prague. Your driver informed me that he knew nothing about Prague, because he was from Turkmenistan. He said he was only a driver. Fortunately I knew were I wanted to go and he drove me around. I’ve done lots of tours with Viator that were great. You need to fix this tour

5.00Jakub was punctual and a wonderful guide. He took us to all of the major attractions/sites and we were very happy with the itinerary he developed for us. The car was clean and comfortable. My daughter wasn’t feeling well and he was very understanding. He was knowledgeable of the history of his hometown and answered all of our Q’s. We would highly recommend Jakub. Overall, he was a good guy and we were happy to be able to share a beer with him.

3.00this "tour" was with a driver, not a tour-guide, who spoke limited English; as strangers to Prague, we had to rely on him to take us to places of interest, and he wanted to take us where we wanted to go, but we did not know where to go. A similar tour in Budapest was much better, with both a driver and a tour guide.
