Before booking, please note: The selected start time refers to the time when we begin processing your service request, including the Visa on Arrival application process once all required information has been received from the traveler. The selected start time is not the visa issuance/completion time, nor is it the airport transfer pickup time. The visa processing and completion time will depend on the package you have booked. Airport pickup arrangements will be coordinated separately after the booking is confirmed, based on the traveler's arrival details and preferences. Step 1: Submit Your Application After placing your order, simply provide us with the required documents (passport copy, personal details, and arrival information). Our team will review and process your application promptly. The selected start time is not the visa issuance/completion time, nor is it the airport transfer pickup time. The visa processing and completion time will depend on the package you have booked. Airport pickup arrangements will be coordinated separately after the booking is confirmed, based on the traveler's arrival details and preferences. Step 2: Visa Approval Letter Processing We handle the full Visa On Arrival approval process on your behalf. Once approved, you will receive the Official Visa Approval Letter via email within 5-7 working days. Step 3: Prepare for Arrival Before flying, please print the approval letter and prepare: - Passport (valid as required) - Two passport-sized photos - Visa stamping fee (paid in cash at the airport) Step 4: Arrival at Vietnam Airport & Fast Track (upgraded) Upon arrival, proceed to the Visa On Arrival / Landing Visa Counter and present your approval letter and documents. If you have booked Airport Fast Track directly with us, our staff will be waiting to assist you, guide you through the visa stamping process, and help you move quickly through immigration. Step 5: Immigration & Entry After receiving your visa stamp, continue to immigration clearance and enter Vietnam smoothly and stress-free. Step 6: Meet your driver & private transfer Meet your driver and private car at the airport. Our car will drop you off at the hotel within the Old Quarter area
