1.If the Ropeway is suspended due to weather or other factors, Please email us to refund the ticket fee 1000JPY per person.
2.Due to the booking platform's privacy settings, we can't see your email address， please inform us your email address after booking. We will send you an email around 9 PM the night before your departure, which will include information about the guide, driver, and vehicle license plate.
3.Weekend and holiday traffic in Japan may delay the return time past 8 p.m. Our company will cover any overtime fees for the guide and driver. we kindly recommend not scheduling any activities or transport afterward to avoid losses. Please note that visit times at attractions may also be shortened， adjusted or canceled due to the same reason, We sincerely ask for your understanding and patience.
4.The tour guide will be holding a yellow flag with 'Gogoday Travel' at the meeting point. Please provide the guide with the name and phone number you used to place the booking. No refunds for late arrivals or no-shows.
5. Please note that weather conditions are unpredictable, and visibility of Mount Fuji cannot be guaranteed. We appreciate your understanding
6. We suggest you take some cash, some areas of Mount Fuji do not accept credit cards
7.Some attractions may experience heavy crowds, particularly during peak travel seasons.

9.The night before your trip,you will receive an email with the tour guide's contact number and the vehicle's license plate number.Please ensure your email and phone are accessible.
10.This is a shared group tour with guests from various countries. The guide will provide explanations in multiple languages.
11.The Pirate Ship on Lake Ashi is an optional item and you will need to pay for it yourself.

Join us for a day filled with adventure, natural beauty, and cultural immersion as you explore the highlights of Hakone and savor the spectacular views of Mount Fuji. ▼Hakone Shrine and Lake Ashi Torii Begin your journey at Hakone Shrine, nestled by the tranquil Lake Ashi. Here, you’ll see the iconic red torii gate rising from the water, a sight that’s both beautiful and steeped in history. Established in 757 AD, this ancient shrine offers a serene setting and a glimpse into the region's spiritual heritage.
Hakone Pirate Ship Cruise (self-paid) Set sail across Lake Ashi aboard the Hakone Pirate Ship. As you cruise, take in panoramic views of the lake, the majestic torii gate, and Mount Fuji. This unique experience allows you to fully appreciate Hakone's natural splendor. (Please note that the ticket for the cruise is not included.it is around 12USD). If you don't take the boat, you can also choose to take our tour bus to the next attraction.

5.00Our tour guide Captain Jack was so knowledgeable and also really easy to feel comfortable around. He was very willing to take group photos for us and make sure we had good backgrounds! He encouraged us to ask questions or even call on whatsapp if we got lost or needed help. My family and I enjoyed having him guide us around abd make the trip even more fun!

5.00We had such an amazing time on this day trip! There were so many great sights and were lucky enough to see Mount Fuji. Our tour guide, Jack, was so amazing! He made sure we got to all our destinations on time, was an amazing photographer, and genuinely great person to be around! 10/10 would recommend!

5.00We saw Mount Fuji and ate some black eggs!! 10/10. Kousei is an amazing guide. He is knowledgeable and passoniate. Would recommend doing this one.

3.00Yousei, he was good and friendly guide however the tour itself was a bit rush. We didn't get time to enjoy most of the destinated attractions. Each of the places we visited we barely had time to enjoy the scenery!!! Take a few photos and we had to rush back to the bus just to be in time for the departure. Due to others being on time Yousei skipped the other Lake and we all agreed to thay so we can spent more time on the second last destination, which was great. Also, the lunch was NOT good for 3,000 Yen. In comparison to another tour and their lunch buffet for 1,600 Yen which was much better than your lunch. Also we didn't have our lunch till almost 3pm!! All in all the only thing nice was the tour guide, Yousei! Thank you Yousei for making the tour bearable.

5.00Fantastic day - Mt Fuji was visable clearly. Guide was funny and cute with lots of knowledge about the area. Boat trip was fun and the shrine was beautiful. Highly recommend this tour. It was exceptional value for money. Ask for Erik, the tall guy.
