I highly recommend Wanderlust Tours for an amazing experience in Central Oregon. We went on a moonlight canoe tour a few years ago and then went back for a moonlight snowshoeing tour this past weekend. Since there wasn't snow, the tour company was so kind as to flex to a night hike at Fort Rock instead. It was an incredible experience and one that I would 100% do again.
