First, watch a short film about Kyo-Insho (Kyoto's traditional seal-making art) to discover the beautiful, hidden meanings behind the Kanji chosen for your name and design your very own personal seal. Precise machine engraving ensures a flawless, perfect finish—and while the machine performs its magic, you will get to experience the hands-on art of hand-carving with a traditional chisel! Finally, stamp your completed seal on paper and frame it, creating a truly special masterpiece to take home as a lifelong memory!

Great place lovely owner! A must to visit in Kyoto, very authentic,the history of stamps is very interesting. Moreover, you get to create your own stamp with your name in Japanese. It's a great souvenir to take back home. A real piece of japan !

We had such a wonderful time making our own hanko in Kyoto.
