5.00The tour started out a tad disorganized. The guides should have assigned passengers to a group based on which tour they were taking. Instead the guides should just told everyone to get a headset so people were doing what they were told. But then they quickly realized that there were three groups taking three separate tours. It took 20 min to get it all straightened out. Our tour guide was a nice gentleman who is local and retired. He was so wonderful telling us everything about the old inner city. The area was absolutely stunning. His information was great, his speed was great, his English was great. We loved this tour!

3.00It was not clear that this was 3 hour walking tour on cobblestone. If you did not know Bruges you may think it was a tour on a bus. The guide was very good and knowledgeable, but he walked to fast for us on the way back to bus, and left us not knowing how to get there. We asked for help from other guides to find our way. Then he left and we rode on a different bus.

4.00The pick up from our cruise port was very easy. However, when we got into Bruges, and everyone off the bus, it was a bit chaotic and unorganized as to who was going with which guide. Once that was sorted out though, our guide was wonderful and we had a great time.

4.00The 6 hours tour in Brugges was great. My only complain is, it was a little disorganized in the beginning. there were 4 groups with different tours that were picked up in 1 bus. It took a while to segragate the groups and the guests even help to make this happen. The tour was great. Frank gave a lot of information and i like the 2 hrs free time. Brugges is beautiful. Make sure to bring empty stomachs since there are lots of chocolates for trying and the delicious waffles.

5.00Well organized and executed. Guide was fun and well informed. Love our time in this cute and wholesome town. Enjoyed our free time trying chocolate and waffles. Would love to come back. This excision helped gives us an introduction to the region and layout of the old town.
