Korean Folk Village
Unlike ordinary palaces, you can experience the life of noblemen and ordinary people during the Joseon Dynasty. It is the famous filming spot for the Korean historical dramas. Most of them were filmed in the folk village. You can experience traditional Joseon-era experiences such as traditional life, folk games and traditional crafts.There are houses with regional characteristics of Korea, giving tourists a unique feeling. The stream flows in the middle of the village, and the flowers and trees are beautifully planted. Various rides are enjoyable for tourists in all age group (eg. Viking, merry-go-round, bumper cars) There is a halal food-certified restaurant where Muslim tourists can enjoy their food casually.

2.00The Folk Village was cool to see. However, you do NOT need to spend all day here. Also, beware, lots of wasps are there flying around.

5.00This experience was a great way to escape the bustling city of Seoul and truly understand what life was like in South Korea outside of the palaces throughout Seoul. I would highly recommend you take the chance to take the tour as it shows you what normal life was like. The tour guide was amazing and provided us which such a wonderful experience and rich history about the layout of the village and what each building represented.
