If you choose to upgrade to include 9/11 Museum entry, your timed entry to the Museum will be scheduled for after the guided walking tour.
This tour operates in all weather conditions, so please dress accordingly
Due to local regulations, the Statue of Liberty Museum, Ellis Island, and the Ellis Island Immigration Museum may not be open on the date of your visit

If there are only a few French-speaking or Spanish-speaking guests on the tour, you will be in a tour group with English speakers as well, and will have a bi-lingual guide who will give commentary in either both French and English, or both English and Spanish

3.00I think the place hosting the tour needs to do a better job with knowing when someone won’t be able to get to the meet spot due to a parade. We wasn’t able to get to the meeting spot bc the whole place was shut down due to a parade. We paid 1350 for this tour.

1.00Our tour was supposed to include tickets for the 9/11 Museum. At the tour rendezvous site, we checked in with the tour representative and thought we’d been taken care of in terms of what we needed for the full tour. Upon arrival at the museum we realized we’d not been given tickets. The museum had no indication of tickets in our name despite the museum entry clearly identified as being part of what’s “Included” with the tour. Also the tour guide was not very interesting or informative. She repeated the same things several times on the tour. She did not corral the large group well and often started talking about points of interest when very few people were in position to hear. She glossed over consequential points at the memorial. (Example: a guy who wasn’t with our tour but who was adjacent to us during a stop was astounded when hearing how she’d barely described Todd Beamer.) Lastly the tour was supposed to include Ellis Island but a power outage closed it down which essentially removed that entire element of the tour aside from a brief stop by the ferry (no disembarking.) The outage is presumably not the tour’s fault, but we certainly did not feel like we got what we paid for.

4.00Well organized tour, guide was very friendly and in formative . Stays on schedule .Even the transport bait to the island was large enough to accommodate a very large amount of people .plenty a seating . They have a snacks a treasures on the bait to purchase ,water well be your friend and wear very comfortable shoes the island is vast . You may inquire about going inside the statue it may require if it takes tickets ,my friends are not comfortable with heights. Museum was well set up and there was a place to eat there also .We didn't get to go on Ellis because the electric was out . Plan for this, seems to happen often .Tour guide gave us more time at the statue to accommodate for this. Heads up the rest of the tour continues on foot .We had a wonderful and informative walk . This includes cathedrals ,time square ,wall street other extra spots alone th way not listed .You end the tour at Ground Zero and the 911 Museum .There is no words the prepare for this .I would call it humbling , emotional ! The tour ends there you have the rest of the day to as you who's have a plan .And a good map reader . needles to say the tour was wonderful .You need to watch out for sports events we go trap by barricades that block off so many streets it was a nightmare trying to get back to the bus.This was the only thing I was not happy with that could not be predicted or controlled .overall we had a wonderful time .

5.00Love Liane! Energetic and knowledgeable. Kept the group together well and informed all along the way. Even helped my 85 year old mom always have a seat when opportunity arose. Walk was paced correctly, as mom had no issues keeping up, as she provided frequent stops to share and keep us together. Truly appreciated this. Id highly recommend this excursion!

5.00The tour wasn't as informative as I thought it would be. It was more self guided. The tour guide was helpful in getting you to where you needed to be. She even went the extra step and walked us to the subway and showed us how to do it and where to get off. She even offered extra tidbits about what to do and where to eat. The sights were amazing to see in person.
