In the morning, meet your private guide at your Hangzhou hotel lobby, and have a brief discussion on your Hangzhou things-to-do list with your guide. 5.00Alana was the main contact who worked with us to set up the schedule. Our guide, Mina, is very nice and knowledgeable of all the places. She speaks pretty good English and communicates well. The tour is well arranged and covers all the places that we want to visit, including a nice lunch.
