See the sights of Athens in this fun and easy 9km journey by regular or electric bike. During this 2.5 hour relaxed pace tour on quiet streets and narrow paths, we make stops at many of the must-see sights of Athens, including the Ancient Agora, Roman Forum and the Athens Cathedral.
Gain local insight to the city and enjoy a modern view of Athens without missing the amazing ancient part.
Should you wish to combine the cycling tour with a guided visit to Acropolis then the Bike tour + Acropolis option is the right option for you! This way, not only you will have a complete overview of the city from a local’s perspective, but you will have also expanded your knowledge around the rich history of the monumental Acropolis.

Our e-bikes are suitable for riders 147 cm (5 ft) and taller. If you're between 147–160 cm, please let us know in advance so we can arrange a smaller bike. Participants under 147 cm can join with a regular bike (ONLY FOR E-BIKE OPTION)
Our tours will operate under all weather conditions, rain or shine
Please arrive at the starting point 15 minutes early. The bike tour begins promptly at the scheduled time and late arrivals cannot be accommodated
Please note that there are no restroom facilities at our meeting point
This tour is suitable for all fitness levels, as long as you can ride a bike. Not recommended for those with heart conditions or other serious medical issues
Participants must be over 12 years old
This tour does not include entry to archaeological sites (except for the Electric Bike + Acropolis Visit option). The focus is on exploring the city’s layout, enjoying the ride, and capturing great photos and it does not include an in-depth historical commentary
This tour is limited to a maximum of 12 participants
The tour leader may modify the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances or traffic regulations on the day of the tour
For option 'Electric Bike + Acropolis Visit' :Acropolis entrance tickets are included, so please do not purchase them separately

5.00Excellent tour to see the sights by bike with knowledgeable, friendly and fun guide (Aggelos in our case). Bikes were easy to use. As long as you can ride a bike, you're good to go. Being electric and geared, it took all the hard work out of it. Helmets were provided. The bike had a rack on the back with elastics for a bag if required. There was a short stop halfway through the tour for comfort break and/or refreshments. Athens by Bike was excellent tour which I would highly recommend.

5.00Best way to see Athens. I highly recommend this electric bike tour to see the best historic sites of Athens up close and efficiently. The staff at the bike shop were incredibly nice and organized. All of the electric bikes and helmets were in good condition and ready to go, getting our entire group set up and moving quickly. The location of the rental shop was convenient, and the tour route was beautifully mapped out, we felt completely safe from automobile traffic throughout the entire journey. Plus, our tour guide, Alex, was great! He was friendly, funny, and kept the energy high. The tour covered most the major historical highlights of Athens, which saved us valuable vacation time.

5.00Kostas led the tour. He was fun, supportive of different capabilities and really knowledgeable. The bikes were good with plenty of assistance or none. We circled the Acropolis and dropped into several places of interest and viewpoints and learned a lot on the way. Kostas also helped with advice on the next legs of our trip through the Pelopponesus and Greece

5.00This is a great tour of the highlights of Athens. It was a small group of only 10 people. We were able to see all of the sites in Athens in 2.5 hours. Our tour guide, Demos, was extremely knowledgeable and shared great insights throughout the tour. Highly recommended!
