Nora was an excellent, informative, friendly (and patient, as I am not as competent a kayaker as she is!) guide for a beautiful fall glow tour on Lady Bird Lake. She took us alongside the colorful Austin skyline as well as the Ann and Roy Butler Hike and Bike Trail. It was a lovely and peaceful fall evening as we glided along the water in our lit up and transparent kayaks. I loved how quiet it was on the water. Nora was positively lovely as well, sharing her knowledge of the flora and fauna, the history of this dammed portion of the local Colorado River that creates the “lake,” (including the role of Lady Bird Johnson in its beautification), and the fascinating bats that populate the area that had recently migrated south to Mexico. Nora encouraged me to return in the spring for a sunset kayak tour to experience the bats flying above the lake, and I will definitely be back for that! All in all a really wonderful evening! It was a great way for an Austin visitor like myself to see the city from a different vantage point with an Austin resident who so naturally shared her delight in and enthusiasm for her awesome city. Highly recommend!

This was horrible. I booked this activity two hours before and reviewed a confirmation. We followed the directions to the meet up point on 5 East Ave., but no one ever showed up or responded to my messages through the App. This was second time in one day that. Igor failed on the booking with the vendor.

Had such an amazing experience! All thanks to our guide - Star! She truly is a star! Very helpful and friendly . Made us feel at ease on our very first kayaking experience. Even though we reached late, she patiently waited and greeted us with a smile. An unforgettable experience .

It was me and my friends first time kayaking and we got off to a rough start. Our guide stayed with us until we got the hang of it. It’s great how everyone can go at their own pace so you can venture off to be alone with your person or take pictures. I recommend you take a camera that works well in low lighting. You will get wet from the waist down, but not soaking.

The address led us under a dark bridge, no lighting, no one to direct you and as two single women did not feel safe exiting the vehicle and our Uber driver agreed. I did see a black enclosed trailer but that was it Nothing letting us know this was the spot. A waste of money and Very disappointed!!
