What makes Naila's Kitchen unique is its flexibility and authentic family atmosphere. Unlike standard cooking classes, you can choose the dishes you would like to learn, prepare, and enjoy. We also do our best to arrange the workshop on a day and at a time that suits your schedule.
Whether you want to learn how to make dolma, qutab, plov, düşbərə, or traditional Azerbaijani kebabs, we can create a personalized experience based on your interests. Our workshops take place in a real Azerbaijani family environment, where recipes, traditions, and hospitality have been passed down through generations.
If you prefer not to cook, you are also welcome to join us for a homemade family lunch or dinner. Simply pre-order the dishes you would like to try and enjoy authentic Azerbaijani food, stories, and hospitality at our table.

Naila’s Kitchen Workshop may take place at different locations depending on weather conditions and the nature of the activity. Workshops can be hosted either at our family home or in our garden, located just outside the city center. The exact venue will be confirmed and communicated to all participants at least 24 hours in advance. This flexibility allows us to provide the best possible experience . During indoor workshops, guests will learn how to prepare some of Azerbaijan’s most beloved traditional dishes, including various types of dolma, qutab, düşbərə, plov, During our outdoor workshops, guests will experience the authentic Azerbaijani barbecue tradition. Together, we will prepare and enjoy a variety of kebabs, including lamb, chicken, liver, fish , as well as mangal salad we would love to introduce you our traditional Azerbaijani barbecue culture, where you can learn how we prepare kebabs over charcoal. Also, we will show how to prepare tea using a traditional Please note: In addition to our scheduled workshop days, we also offer private and customizable cooking experiences.
