What To Expect

Mexico City

We will pick you up from your hotel, Airbnb or Mexico City location. We will contact you to tell you the exact time of pick up. It is important to be ready before pickup time to expedite pickup and arrive on time at our offices. If your hotel or location isn’t listed, set aside your place and write to confirm coverage, we have extensive coverage on CDMX.

You will arrive at our balloonport, receive you with coffee and cookies, have a brief explanation of the itinerary of the day and show you a security video with instructions for you to properly enjoy your experience. Afterwards, we will go to the balloon in which you will fly, here you will have time to take pictures before making the flight.

The entire experience felt so safe and our pilot was really professional in navigating the take off and landing. The flight was also breathtaking, especially how close we flew over the pyramids. Would highly recommend this experience to everyone!

Staff was very good from beginning to end. Fabián our pilot was a very cool pilot. He was attentive to everyone on the ballon ride. Will most definitely do this again when visiting Mexico City.
